Every student at Udupi Group of Institutions is expected to uphold the values of integrity, respect and responsibility. The following guidelines govern student conduct on campus:
General Rules:
- Students must carry their identity cards at all times on campus
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and punishable under the law
- Students must maintain decorum in classrooms, library, labs and all college premises
- Use of mobile phones during class hours is not permitted
- Students are expected to maintain 75% attendance as per university norms
- Damage to college property will invite disciplinary action and recovery of cost
- Any form of discrimination based on gender, caste, religion or region is strictly prohibited
Violations are referred to the Disciplinary Committee for appropriate action.
